Terry Vance Terry has been employed as City Administrator since 1991. He holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University. He is the first City Administrator for the City of Wilder. Terry was awarded the Outstanding City Administrator award by the Northern Kentucky Area Development District for 1997-1998. |

Justin Verst Justin Verst has been the City Attorney for the City of Wilder for twenty-four years. Justin has a law degree from Chase College of Law. |

Tracy Gibson Tracy has been the Assistant City Clerk since 1991. Prior to that she was employed as a part time city clerk. Tracy is a Kentucky Certified Municipal Clerk and is also certified by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. Tracy was awarded City Clerk of the year award by the Northern Kentucky Area Development District for 1999-2000. |
Michele Michele has been the City Clerk/Treasurer since 1990. Before that she was part time, acting city clerk. Michele is a Kentucky Certified Municipal Clerk and is also certified by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. Michele was awarded City Clerk of the year award by the Northern Kentucky Area Development District for 1991-1992. |
